The Secretary of State has issued a new Landlord Tenant Act in February of this year. However they will no longer be available via print once the current issues run out. So either call today and pick up your free printed copy, or you can go to this link http://www.azsos.gov/public_services/Publications/Residential_Landlord_Tenant_Act/residential.pdf and print out your own copy. Either way, for those of you who own rental or investment properties and those of you who are renters, PLEASE do yourself a favor and print off the latest copy and read.
